If you are happy handling the day to day management of your property, we can work to set and achieve the best possible monthly rent. We will advertise the property on the main property portals, conduct all viewings and ensure all tenancy reference checks are completed. We will also draw up a suitable tenancy agreement and will ensure a full inventory is carried out before the tenant moves in.
We can either arrange for the rent to be paid direct into your account on a monthly basis or we can collect the rent on your behalf and forward it to you each month.
If you prefer to take a more hands off approach, our Full Management service provides you with complete peace of mind.
In addition to the services provided above, once the tenant has moved in, we will ensure rent is collected on a monthly basis and paid to you. We will also advise and arrange any repairs that may be necessary and will handle the end of tenancy process, and find a new tenant and oversee the process again!
